Returns Policy
At OraCoin, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility to return the products according to the conditions detailed below.

Return conditions
Return period :
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product to us.

Condition of the product:
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be returned.

a. Confirmation:
Once your request has been approved, we will send you a returns number and detailed instructions for returning your product.

b. Return Shipment:
Pack the product carefully and contact us to know the return adress. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part (faulty or incorrect product).

Refunds:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
